The T 1018 AFP Precision for Metal Sandwich jigsaw blade is break-resistant for precise, clean, straight cuts in metal. The blade's increased strength prevents bending and enables precise, angled cuts, while the milled, wavy teeth are designed for cutting metal sandwich panels. The tooth strip, made of hardened HSS (high-speed steel) and BIM (bimetal), is reinforced with highly elastic carbon steel, reducing the risk of breakage and providing both sufficient strength and the necessary flexibility to cut metal sandwich panels. The blade features a very fine tooth pitch (1.1 mm) and an extra-long length (250 mm) for cutting sandwich materials up to 160 mm thick. For use with jigsaws with a T-shank.
