When will my order arrive?

The shipping provider (DHL, DPD, GLS) picks up all orders from our distribution center every afternoon. As soon as your order is unloaded from the truck at the shipping provider's initial sorting center and scanned for the first time on the conveyor belt, you will usually receive an email in the evening with the current status of the shipment. This status can also be viewed at any time in your customer account.

I received an incorrect or incomplete delivery.

First of all, we'd like to apologize. We try our best, but sometimes these things happen. It would be helpful if you used the contact form below. Write down what you received and what you expected. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Return?

You are welcome to return your order within the cancellation period. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please send your return to: IMMEX GmbH, Gutenbergs 41, 72555 Metzingen, Germany. Please include the invoice or order confirmation in the package so we can process your return. Upon receipt, your return will be inspected and you will receive a refund.

Can I pick up the order?

You can also pick up your order. However, please make sure to select the appropriate shipping method during checkout. After completing your order, you will receive a notification as soon as it is ready for pickup at our store.

Can I change the billing address afterwards?

Sure, no need to panic. You can change your billing address at any time and receive a new invoice. Simply use the contact form at the bottom of the page. Provide us with your order number, purchase order number, or previous invoice number, as well as your desired billing address.

My device is broken. What now?

As a private customer, you have a 2-year warranty. As a business customer, it's 1 year. Many manufacturers offer the option to extend the warranty to up to 3 years after purchase. If your warranty is still valid, please contact us. We'll need a description of the problem and the machine's serial number. We'll then discuss everything else with you. Is there a showroom or retail store?
