Our company history

2014 – Year of foundation
Nino Abate founded the sole proprietorship "IMMEX Werkzeughandel" in Metzingen. After a failed manufacturer cooperation, a successful launch was achieved with Makita as the main brand.

2015 – A tough feat
Through IT expertise and discipline, IMMEX quickly became one of the largest Makita customers in southern Germany. Shortly thereafter, two more brands were added – laying the foundation for further growth.

2017 – Online shop Immex-Werkzeuge.de & Festool
The launch of immex-werkzeuge.de established the online retail business. Seven-figure sales were achieved in the first year alone. Festool products were added to the product range at the manufacturer's request – a significant milestone.

2018 – 5 years of IMMEX
Opening of a new logistics center in Bempflingen . Local specialist retailers and e-commerce businesses were physically separated. The product range grew steadily – and with it, the team.

2020 – New online shop, new brands, new premises
Bosch Professional , Hazet, and many other brands were added. The logistics center was relocated to Metzingen , where a modern specialist store was also opened.

2020 – 2.0 “SCHWÄBLE®”
A new chapter began with the SCHWÄBLE® private label. The first product, a 16-piece drill bit set (D-D46202), was a success – many more followed.

2021 – Corona, Development, Digitalization
While the pandemic restricted brick-and-mortar retail, we invested in digital consulting and innovative service concepts. This allowed us to continue providing our customers with personal and efficient support.

2022 – SCHWÄBLE® Foam Inserts
The development and market launch of SCHWÄBLE® foam inserts has been a great success. They offer optimal protection and organization for tools and are available at schwabenschaumstoff.de .

2023 – Brand “red tool”
Launch of the brand roteswerkzeug , a pure Milwaukee brand shop with over 6,000 items – for true Milwaukee fans, without other brands.

2024 – Opening of the red tool shop
After an intensive development period , roteswerkzeug.de went online. With its own app and innovative shop structure, a new level in Milwaukee sales has been reached.

2025 – Launch of “Tool Rocket” 🚀
In 2025, we launched Werkzeugrakete.de – our newest and most advanced online tool shop . Werkzeugrakete stands for maximum speed, user-friendliness, and state-of-the-art design . A shop that is better, faster, and easier than ever before – for professionals who don't have time to waste. With Werkzeugrakete, we are setting new standards in online tool retail and making the purchase of Bosch, Makita, Milwaukee , and Flex tools easier than ever before.
